Grazyna AuguscikSinger, composer, arranger, and producer Grazyna Auguscik has won
the praise and admiration of music critics, jazz enthusiasts and even non-jazz audiences
with a singular voice that speaks a universal language. She is one of the most intriguing
contemporary vocalists on today’s world jazz scene. Her elusive style challenges
traditional definitions of jazz and shows a vocalist and musician without boundaries.

Hailing from Oak Park, IL, pianist, guitarist, composer and improviser Rob Clearfield
grew up steeped in music. After a childhood filled with garage bands, gospel choirs,
South American guitar ensembles, and everything in between, Rob moved to
Chicago to study at the Chicago College of Performing Arts at Roosevelt University.
During and after college, he embedded himself in the local music scene, residing in
the city for fifteen years.

Ethan Philion is an award-winning bassist, composer, and bandleader based in Chicago. A
graduate of Oberlin Conservatory and DePaul University, Philion has been praised by the
Washington Post for his "well honed chops and astounding musicality.” His debut album,
Meditations on Mingus, was commended as “a labor of conspicuous love and respect for a
musical titan” by Downbeat Magazine. He has performed with an extensive list of jazz artists
including Greg Ward, Dana Hall, Mark Feldman, Russ Johnson, Howard Levy, Frank Lacy, Ryan
Cohan, Gary Bartz, Alfonso Ponticelli, Ernest Dawkins, Geof Bradfield, Dee Alexander, Mark
Gross, Alyssa Allgood, Thaddeus Tooks, Ben Lewis, Victor Garcia, Mike Allemana, and more.
